  • Yes you do.  Our Founder Terase Davidson holds both a NSW Class 1 - Real Estate License and NSW Class 1 - Stock & Station License.  The first license allows Terase to operate a Real Estate business and represent buyers and sellers in the sale or purchasing of property in NSW.  Whilst the NSW Stock & Station License allows Terase to represent either a buyer of seller in the purchasing or sale of a rural property (and livestock) over 20 hectares / 50 acres.
